Campus Centers
Our portfolio of campus centers illustrates our understanding of contemporary campus issues as well as our contextual approach to design. Campus centers have in recent years become important tools for student recruitment and retention. Student expectations of a broad range of amenities, wide selection and high quality food services, and enhanced social, recreational and study environments increasingly inform planning and design. Campus center architecture today is open and welcoming; flexible and adaptable; informal and varied; infused with information technology and visual excitement and thoughtfully integrated with programmable exterior spaces. As vital and active campus hubs, campus centers are often the social and architectural hearts of campus. Sensitivity to the architectural and cultural identity of the campus is critical for their success.
